To address the rodent activity at this location I installed two (2) EcoBloc units - one positioned on the exterior/rear wall, intending to “push”rodents away from the building and the trash compound area; and one unit installed in a false ceiling area inside (above walk-in coolers, where rats had infested and caused damage over the past few years). Both units are powered by simple 110 plug-in. Initial installation occurred on October12th, at which time all exterior bait stations were cleaned and replenished with fresh wax bait blox. Some bait stations also contain rat “snap” traps.This site was visited again on October 19th, October 28th, November 25th& December 23rd. The following year the site was visited with less frequency due to the effectiveness of the EcoBloc units.

Since installation of the EcoBloc devices, I have noted absolutely NO rodent activity within any of my exterior bait stations. On each visit, all stations were opened, cleaned and new/fresh bait was provided. All traps were cleaned, re-baited and re-set. Compared to past service visits, where rodent baits would have been chewed, nibbled at or entirely consumed, I have noted NO activity within my bait stations since the initial installation, nor have I had any trap captures. I have also had no reports of any rodent activity inside this location since prior to October.It appears that EcoBloc has been successful in deterring rodents from this location over the past 14 months.
