This location is a renovated, heritage building in a downtown area of a rural, small-town in wine country. The history of rodent activity has been with both rats and mice active along the exterior and an inside area where rats gain access periodically. All baits within stations were fed upon on each service visit prior to installation. Initial installation of two EcoBloc units occurred on October 16th, with follow-up visits on October 28th, November 25th & December 23rd. The following year the site was visited with less frequency due to the effectiveness of the EcoBloc units. One unit was installed on the rear exterior of the building near the trash compound area and one in a ceiling “void” area above the brewing warehouse where rats have gained access in the past. All bait stations were cleaned and replenished with fresh baits initially, and again on each service visit.
